The Institute of African Culture, Science and Technology (IACST) is a semi-autonomous institute of Universal Technology and Management University (UTAMU). The IACST Governing Council shall be responsible to the UTAMU Council for policy formulation as well as direct the academic, research, innovations, business development, administrative and financial affairs of the Institute.
