Adv. Dr. Rutechura is the Director of the Institute of African Culture, Science and Technology and also concurrently serves as the Dean Law School of Uganda/University Technology and Management University.
Adv. Dr. Rutechura holds a PhD. holder in Petroleum Law (Oil and Gas Law), Master of Laws (LLM) in Natural Resources Law, and Bachelor of Laws ( LL. B).
She previously served as the Director for the Centre of Natural Resources at St. Augustine University of Tanzania for 6 years. She also served as Dean Law School at St. Augustine University of Tanzania and Victoria University, Uganda.
Her research interest are in natural resources law, investment law, African history, healing, and spirituality.
